Our property cleaning service is focused on those spaces where occupancy is in transition. Recently vacated living space expose areas that have been hidden or covered, sometimes for years, dust abounds, and unexplained spills and sometimes mold may be discovered. Consequently, it can be a challenge to accurately estimate the amount of time required to properly clean a vacated space, but we do our best to stay on budget.
Move-in Cleaning:
- Moving in to your new house or apartment? Need it cleaning but have too much to do? Contact us to confirm a date and time, and we will clean your new home for you. Full-day appointments currently available for deep cleaning, including kitchen appliances.
Move-Out Cleaning:
- Moved out and the place is a mess? Need to leave the house in ‘broom swept condition’? Contact us to confirm a date and time, and we will clean your home for you after you have moved out.
Selling Your Home:
- Selling your home and want it to sparkle for potential buyers? If you plan to avoid the cost of professional staging, contact us to schedule a cleaning prior to the photography appointment. Also, you may contact us to arrange to provide as much cleaning as you require during the listing and showing period.
Rental Unit – Apartment/Condominium/House:
- Own a rental apartment or house, and need it cleaning for any reason? Contact us to confirm a date and time, and we will arrange to meet you to discuss your specific cleaning requirements.
Fees:
Our property cleaning service is charged on an hourly basis:
- $35 per hour.
