Our hospitality cleaning service is focused on spaces used in the short-term rentals market. Whether you operate an AirBnB, a vacation rental, or host any other short-term accommodations, we are here to clean and prepare your space for your next booking. Covre Cleaning gained experience cleaning and preparing a wide range of Airbnb accommodations, experience we now bring to The City of Toronto. We not only clean your unit, but we also ready it to fine hotel standards and beyond while adhering to your own specific requirements.

We use only the cleaning products and supplies you provide, so you always know exactly what is being used in your property.

Our hospitality cleaning might include:

• Washrooms cleaned and restocked with toiletries provided by you, toilet paper folded, garbage changed, and scent controlled.
• Bedrooms cleaned, bed coverings, towels, etc., washed and/or changed.
• Amenities prepped and left out for guests per your standards.
• Kitchen and dining area cleaned and restocked with any amenities, utensils, food or drink you provide.
• Additional laundry completed and put away, as required.
• Floors swept/mopped/vacuumed.
• Gift baskets and welcome packages replenished or replaced for guests and more.

Fees:

Our hospitality service fees are based on our hourly rate, and remain flexible based with your specific requirements:

• Single/Double Occupancy – Single Room with Kitchenette @ approximately 2hrs.
• Apartment/Suite – One Bedroom with Kitchenette @ approximately 3 hrs*
• Vacation Homes, Luxury Penthouse, Etc. – rate provided upon site review.

• $30 per hour – your products and supplies.
